What happens if I recently moved from out of state but had not changed my address/license and got a DUI?

My license is still in my home state. I’m currently serving punishment issued in the state of the incident/where I currently reside. Am I going to be sentenced in both states?

Under the laws of all states in this country since you were arrested and convicted of a DUI in one state where the offense happened but your driver's license was issued in another state, the issuing state cannot punish you criminally but its Department of Motor Vehicles could suspened your driver's license for the offense that you were convicted of.
