If I recieved a consumption of alcohol by minor charge about a 1 1/2 years ago, what could I do to get this expunged?
I was 19 years old and am currently 21 years old.

If you only had that one charge related to a drinking offense and you are now 21 you can apply to the court that issued the conviction for expungement now that you are 21. Go to the court and get an Application for Expunction. It should come with instructions. Good luck.
