I am a lawyer in CT not MA, but i practice in this area. I am not sure whether or not you had a hearing with the DMV in connection with the incident, but i cannot imagine that the license is currently under suspension. You need to take the order showing you won the case in court to the DMV and have them reinstate your license. you may or may not have to pay a fee; however, you should be able to get the license back as there would be no reason to prevent you from having it. i suggest going to the DMV in person.
