What to do if I signed a 9 month membership with a medspa but after 2 months I’m not happy with them and they say they don’t have a cancellation policy?
If I don’t go for services, can they hold me to paying?

Contracts (including spa contracts) do not have to have an early cancellation policy; there is no inherent right in the law to cancel early just because you're not happy. If you signed a nine month membership agreement, you are obligated to pay for all nine months whether you use spa; if you fail to pay, they would have the right to sue you the money.
