If I started an LLC company with 2 other partners who ended up defrauding me, what type of lawyer would be best for my situation?
Our business was going great until I found out they were well known for committing fraud throughout the US and other countries. I did not have my name on the company bank account and they took off with the money, leaving me with a mess. They filled bankruptcy without my knowledge. Additionally, I found out that they opened accounts in my name. I do not have a lawyer at this point. My family and I are struggling as it is to keep with bills.

You would need a business litgation lawyer and/or a bankruptcy lawyer to see if the bankrutcy could be cajhallenged or if there is personal liability for the principals.
