What to do if I’ve been in the process of a divorce for about 9 months and all of the paperwork has been signed and filed filed but my husband won’t do the required parenting class?

The judge has rejected the paperwork saying that he won’t sign it until he finishes the class. He is a jobless, broke drug addict without a vehicle and it will take an act of God to get him to a class.

Then you must have your attorney (if you don't have one, get one immediately) file a contempt motion in court against him and force the judge's hand to make an order denying this person visitation or any custody.  If the judge still refuses, you should immediately seek reassignment of this matter to a new judge.
