How do I go about getting temperary custody of my nieces/nephews until my sister can get her stuff together?
I’ve been taking care of my sister’s 2 children for well over a year. My sister doesn’t have a stable place to live or any income outside of the child support she collects for her daughter. My sister comes and goes as she wants and doesn’t think about her kids other then how she can get money for them.

The best way for you to get the temporary custody of your sister's children is to have a family law attorney consulted to have a custodial agreement and order drafted to be signed by her giving you custody of the minor children.
