If I’ve had a criminal record sealed, will my conviction still show up on a background check?
The offense was possession of marijuana paraphernalia; it occurred 15 years ago and was sealed 4 years ago. When my background is investigated, does it reveal that I have record that is sealed or nothing at all?

If your criminal conviction has been sealed by order of the court then when a background check is done as to you then nothing should show up as a matter of public record based upon my experience in the matter that you have written about.
