If my husband hasn’t had sex with me in4 years and and has been sleeping in another room, is this grounds for a fault divorce?
Also, he won’t leave the house. Is there a way to get him to leave?

You can file under the grounds of irreconvilable differences. It's a no fault ground.
The man doesn't leave the house just because the wife wants him to do so. You have to file for divorce and request sole residency in the house.
