How doI go about being granted a divorce ifmy wife won’t sign the papers?
I want to get a divorce and my wife and I had come to an agreement to make it as easy as possible. Now she isn’t co-operating; she doesn’t want to sign. We have nothing between us financially. We have been married for about 2 years and we have a daughter together.

I am so sorry for your situation. While you may think that you have nothing between you financially, understand that anything earned during the marriage is marital property: salary, pension, 401K - anything. And you have a child so there are certain issues that can not be avoided such as support and visitation. If she will not gree then you have to have a summons and complaint prepared and serve her. Then you will have to have a trial on any of the issues involved. Seek legal help. Good luck.
