What are my rights if I was wrongly accused of carrying a gun at my workplace and was fired?
I was fired from my job because somebody said I was carrying a gun on the job, however I didn’t. They suspended on the spot. Then 3 days later they fired me. They didn’t have security or police search me. Do I have a case?

No you don't. The fact is that most employment is what is known as "at will". This means that a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Accordingly, a worker can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. Therefore, unless your discharge violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement it was legal.
