What to do if I was arrested and received an ACD for petty theft 5 months ago but unfortunately I just got arrested for petty theft again yesterday?
Is there anything I can do about it or is this most likely jail time or probation? These are my only 2 offenses.

Given what you have written about where you now have a second petty theft offense pending in less than five (5) months from the prior one, I suggest that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney about the matter and the best way to try and get it resolved.
