I completed a drug ed class and paid fines and was told after doing so that my record would be cleared. Now i have been arrested for the same offense. I am a school teacher and will be graduating in 4 months

I suspect with the second arrest for possession of a controlled substance that you will not be afforded the prior drug education class and fines. Given the fact that you are a school teacher, if convicted you most likely will be fined and may be jailed. Worse yet, your ability to teach may be in peril.

I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney about the matter you are writing about.
