We would need a lot more information about how this incident occurred and who was involved to provide an answer. That being said, the bar is probably not liable. Generally an establishment is not liable for incidents that occur in the parking lot of their facility. For the bar to be responsible for your medical bills, you need to show the bar was somehow negligent and due to that negligence, you suffered injuries.
