If you were sickened or made ill at work, if your company has been properly paying into the Worker's Compensation system, you should be able to get Worker's Compensation--and, in that case, that would be your full compensation (when you get Worker's Compensation, you cannot also sue).Try submitting a Worker's Compensation claim.
If you are not covered by Worker's Compensation (e.g. your company was not paying in), you could sue the company; if you could prove in court that the company was negligent (or careless) in some way in causing the mold (or not eliminating it after they became, or reasonably should have become aware of it), you could recover lost wages, medical costs, and potentially some amount for pain and suffering.
