What to do if my new employer has reneged on a promise to provide health insurance immediately upon the start of my working there with no wating period?
My employer hired me saying I would get health insurance paid and be working 3 days a week. However, it then said that they can’t pay my insurance a few weeks after I start and reduced my hours. I’m mostly concerned witht the health insurance as this was the main reason I agreed to the job.

Did you by any chance get this agreement in writing? If not then you may have a difficult road ahead proving the agreement and thatt then there was a breach. Also, it depends on what you want to do here. Do you want to find a new job or did you turn down a better job based upon this offer? You may want to speak with an employment attorney as to your options. But be prepared that they may not be so great. Good luck.
