I am so sorry for you. Listen, if you adopted her then she is your daughter too and you have the same parental rights as if you were her biological father. You can not stop paying child support because she has not allowed you visitation. You need to take her to court to enforce the order - and I am assuming that there is one in place here - and you need to show the court you are complying. Good luck.
