What to do fi I was in a relationship and told my mate that I have a simple case of herpes?

Now that we split up he is telling me he is going to tell the police and have me deported if I don’t go back with him. Is there anything that can happen?

Hello. For this legal problem, you should contact an attorney licensed in your state (I myself am licensed in Minnesota) to obtain private legal advice. You should choose an attorney who is knowledgeable as to both criminal defense law and immigration law. This website provides general information and general principles of law and does not provide private legal advice. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
