What are my rights regarding a work-related injury?
I was injured at a bottle manufacturing plant over 3 years ago in my left small finger. I was let go pretty much the next day and spent a year in therapy and workers comp with 2 surgeries in between. I have been having a hard time finding a descent job since then. Some of it is due to personal issues and some due to lack of experience. Can anything be done about this since is been so long?

Please go and speak with a personal injury attorney in your area. Generally states only allow you to sue the manufacturer of the equipment say if that is what caused the injury rather than your employer. That is why worker's comp is in place. And the statute of limitations on a personal injury or product liability suit is 2 years I believe. But comp should have given you training as well so speak with some one. Good luck.
