What are my rights if I was injured in an auto accident in which the airbag ruptured both of my implants?
I have had an extensive surgery and suffered a great deal of pain, which I am still in. The reckless driver of the other vehicle is at fault. Do I have a case against the air bag company also?

No you don't have a case against the airbag company unless there was negligence involved in the creation and installation of air bags. Air bags are meant to go off in auto accidents to avoid death; they don't avoid injury. Therefore, if you have any long term injury or current injury and pain and suffering, that should be made of part of your current lawsuit against the driver and his or her insurance company.
