The answer is going to depend on your status on the property. If you were a trespasser, generally the property owner's only duty is not to lay a trap. So if you were injured because the property owner set a trap for you, you may have a case and should seek our a person injury attorney. If you were injured some other way, accidentally, you probably do not have a case, even if your neighbor was negligent.
