What to do if I was injuried and have filled a workers comp on my part-time employer for injury and my full-time employeer forced me to take FMLA to hold my job?
My full time employer has now notified me I must now complete a physical exam prior to returning to work and my full-time position. Is that legal and do I have to? My doctor that treated me for my injuty has released me without restrictions.

Assuming you have a work release signed by your treating physician allowing you to return to work then your employer under the law assuming there is a work position available for you must allow you to return to work. I suggest that you consult further with your human resources department as to getting back to work.
