Unforntunately for you even though you were not ticketed or arrested for the automobile accident that you were invloved in, law enforcement still has the option for at least the next year to rveiew the facts of the matter to possibly bring charges against you. I suggest that you advise your insurance carrier of the mishap if you have not yet done so.
