Either--
1) Contact the federal Equal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or your state civil rights/equal rights commission or department, and/or
2) Speak with a private attorney about bringing a lawsuit.
Federal law makes it illegal to discriminate against women on the basis of pregnancy. Therefore, you may have a claim for illegal discrimination, and might be entitled to monetary compensation, unless there is some legitimate health/safety reason for denying you employment (e.g. it's a pharmaceutical manufacturing or chemical manufacturing plant, or a radiological lab, or some other place where it is unsafe for a pregnant woman--an employer does not need to risk your health or expose itselt to significant potential liability).
