I was parked in a parking lot and got hit. I have a police report, and many people say its hard to believe. do I have a good case
I was parked and instead of the person braking he pressed on his gas moving my truck (Escape) (he had a Cadilac) 12 feet,as well as hitting a moving car beside me. I had a MRI and it detected bulging disc c6-c7. I have a police report and many people are shocked because it was private property. My truck had to be towed and I had 7300 total damage. Do I have a good case and is it worh sueing? I start theropy this month. My medical bills are in the 40 thousands already, will my medical bills get paid seperate from my settlement if I were to sue?

My gosh, you seem to have a TERRIFIC case, with apparent negligence on the other driver's part, significant medical bills, documentation of a possibly permanent injury (although cause and effect is sometimes an issue) and ongoing care.
Go to www.AttorneyPages.com and select an auto accident lawyer in your area. If the lawyer (who should work on a contingency fee basis -- no fee except out of the recovery) does not think you have a good case, s/he'll tell you.
