Probably not. That is unless this treatment violated company policy, a union/collective bargaining agreement or an employment contract. Also, this action must not have constitituesd some form of legally actionable employment discrimination or retaliation.
The fact is that most employment relationships are what is known as "at will", which means that an employer can set the terms and conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. Accordingly an employee can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
