Am I still eligible?

If your former employer failed to send you the required "COBRA" notice in your state for the continuation of your medical insurance after you have been terminated for well over four months, your former employer has a problem IF you are no longer on your former place of work's medical plan.

I suggest that you immediately contact the human resources department of your former place of work and ascertain what the status is for you to receive your "COBRA" notice.

If it has been sent and you did not receive it, you need to contact your last health insurer about the situation to see what can be done and possibly contact an attorney experienced in employment matters.
