The law in NC mandates that someone must be at least 18 years of age to get married. However, minors 16-18 may marry with their parents’ or guardians’ consent and persons between 14-16 years of age may marry if the female is pregnant or gives birth and there is a District Court order authorizing the marriage.
At this pot, yopu need to speak with an attorney about how to get such a court order. Try and speak with an adult that you trust; possibly a teacher or pastor who can help Otherwise, you can try legal aid or see if there is a law school nearby that runs a free legal clinic. Also, contact your local Social Services' office; the people there may be able to provide guidance on this.
