I was wondering what could be done if i slipped on a wet floor in a gas station and hurt my leg and ankle, even though there was a wet floor sign up.
The floor was way to wet when i fell so i was wondering if thatwould help in all state.And i was wondering if anything could be done about this.

If there was a wet floor sign, then there is probably nothing you could do. The gas station was not negligent or unreasonably careless; they put out a prominent warning of a wet floor. Liability typically only exists when someone deliberately or negligently acted in a way that hurts another, but it seems as if the station did what they were supposed to.
