Whether or not your employer can legally eliminate paid holidays depends upon what is stated in the presumed employer employee handbook and if stated as such, whether your employer gave advance notice of what he or she intended to do.

If notice was adequately given to the employees, then what was done is allowable under the laws of all states in this country.
