I would like to find out if divorce was properly settled
In my divorce I was ordered to pay child support when my ex-wife makes a dollar
less then I do? I would also like to find out why she was awarded half of my
savings account when she did not to accrue it.

In Nevada, a parent is entitled to child support if the child lives with that parent at least 60% of the time. A parent is also entitled to child support if the parents share child custody in Nevada and the other parent makes more money. As for the savings account, if it accrued during the marriage it is marital property. All funds earned during the marriage are marital. Good luck.
