I would like to know if my credit score will eventually go up even though I have credit cards judgments on my credit report?

I am on disability SSI and Medicaid. I want so badly to rebuild my life and was wondering if my credit score can improve with time even though I have credit card judgments against me?

Yes, your score can improve even with judgements against you. Just keep paying the accounts that you do have open on time. Also, try not to have more than 30% of your available credit per accountused. This will greatly effect your score. The fact is that the older your negative accounts are the better.  However, make no mistake, having outstanding judgments will keep ouu from having the best score possible. If you can pay off these judgments, do so.
