How can I sue an unisured and unlicensed motorist that ran a red light and hit us?
We were in a taxi when a woman ran a red light and hit us. I was knocked out, shoulder and hip displaced and I had a minor stoke from the impact. The cab co says they have no liability and are not paying a dime. I am using my own UM to help but its only $25k. I would like to sue her but small claims will not be enough comp to take care of all my bills. What should I do?

You should find a personal injury attorney and sue in a civil court.
