If a credit card company takes ascheduled payment 6 days earlier than I had scheduled costing me a $10 fee with my bank, is there any legal action?

As I hadn’t budgeted for this, is there any legal action that I can take? They are basically telling me tough and I do not see anything in the terms of the credit account relating to this nor are they quoting any “fine print” terms?

If this is related to a previous posting you made, I would suspect then that the credit card company simply did not follow its own policies and there was either a human error or a computer glitch. The best choice for a next step at this point is to contact the company first by phone and email and get it resolved internally before you move on to contacting a regulator.
