The answer to your question is how did the tree fall down to ascertain potential liability and damages? If the tree fell down on it own through no conduct of any person, then hopefully the owner of the mobile home has insurance for the unit.

If someone caused the tree to fall, then the person who caused the problem and his or her employer are responsible for the costs of repairs.

The owner of the lot being rented is responsible for the costs of cleaning up the tree unless the presumed written lease states otherwise.
