If am going through a divorce, am I allowed to move out of state?
My wife and I have separated and she has already got a standard set of divorce papers from the court house for us to fill out. If I leave and move, will it hurt me in the divorce? Granted she has already moved out and gone back to her family. All my family is out of state.

Yes you can move. Problem is each state has its own residency requirement for divorce. Each county has another set of rules for residency requirement. You may have to come back if there is anything that requires you to go to court or at least find somebody to represent you there.
