Under the immigration laws of this country the rejection of your H1B visa application by an employee of the immigration department of this country does not automatically affect all future applications by you with the same employer or another employer. Potentially the form may have been filled out improperly, given quotas for such a visa may have already been met, or the reviewer may have been having a bad day.
