Yes, unless the Judge dismissed the charges ( "with prejudice"). Typicall, the Commonwealth has a right to refile the Criminal Complaint and to rearrest the defendant. That doesn't meant wappen here. Maybe, the arresting officer will realize he has no case against you or a weak case against you and decide not to refile the charges.
