Possibly. Was your treatment based on some form of actionable discrimination or retaliation? In other words, for example, were you singled out for firing based on your religion, race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability? If so, then you may have a claim. If not, then even though your treatment may have been unfair, it was legal. The fact is that not all employees need be treated the same or even fairly (absent discrimination/retaliation). In an "at will" employment relationship (and most are), an employer can set the terms and condtions of the workplace much as it sees fit.
