If I applied for FMLA but got denied without reason by my employer, is this legal?
This is after going to hospital and having a doctor’s note stating that I had to be out for a month. My employer sent an email stating that I falsely counted hours worked and that I will be fired.

Based upon what you have written about you have a problem with your employer and the FMLA application that was denied. I suggest that you consult with a labor law attorney and/or a representative with your nearest department of labor to assist you in your question of inquiry.
