Something, including a house, you owned pre-marriage is your separate property, unless your now-spouse contributed money to its purchase or you refinanced it with him/her or put his or her name on the title. Assuming his/her money is not involved and you kept it in your name only, your spouse has no claim on or to it; as stated, it is your separate property and belongs only to you.
