I am guessing that its the local Sheriff's Department that is exeucting a writ of execution.  If you know of an impending execution (which I don't know how you know) the you should be able to move the funds to a new account.  However, it doesn't really do you much good.  If you have a judgment against you then the judgment creditor can just levy the next account after giving new instructions to the Sheriff.
