If I file to start an LLC rather than a sole propriertorship and put one person as a manager, can I change this person in the future?
Also, can a person who is not a U.S. citizen, but is here on a school visa, be the registered agent?

1) If you are the majority or sole owner of the LLC, then you may change the manager at will; the majority or sole owner has the power to decide who manages the business.
2) Being here on a school visa may conflict with being the registered agent; you are advised to pick a U.S. citizen to be the agent.
