If I have a bench warrant for not completing community service after a trespassing charge andI turn myself in, what will the consequences be?

I am 18 years old. I was arrested for trespassing. I was originally sentenced to 30 days in jail and costs. Then 30 days were suspended on the condition of my good behavior for 2 years. I was also ordered to complete 30 hours of community service. I did not complete them and now I have a bench warrant. If i turn myself in, what kind of consequences am I looking at? Will I have to go to jail? What might my fines be?

If there presently is an outstanding bench warrant for your arrest, if you turn yourelf in to law enforcement regarding it, you will be arrested, booked, jailed and given an opportunity to post bail pending a court hearing assigned to your matter or, if you cannot post bail, you will remain in jail until you are brought to the court hearing.

I suggest that you retain a criminal defense attorney to clear the warrant for you so you can attend the proceeding to be set and not have to be jailed.
