If I have a judgement against me and the individual that placed the judgement is now deceased, what can I do to get it off my credit?

Unfortunately until the judgment is at least ten (10) years old and unpaid and not renewed with the court you will be unable to get the judgment removed from your credit report with the assorted credit reporting bureaus in this country.
However, if you pay off the judgment in full or in part to the estate if the judgment creditor and get a full satisfaction of judgment as to it and file the satisfaction in the court where the judgment arose, then you should have it removed from your credit report.
