What to do if I have a sibling who filed for executor of my father’s estate but did not list me as a sibling on the court paperwork?

What are the ramifications if I file as executor or administrator?

I am so sorry for your loss and for the situation as it has unfolded.  How far along is the proceeding?  The best thing to do is to seek legal counsel to advise the course of action at the point in time of the estate.  You need to object to her being appointed but if she is already appointed you need to have her removed.  She breached her duty by lying on the petition.  Good luck.
