If I have been living in a house with 3 roommates but my name is not on the lease, do I have any legal obligation regarding the rental?
I don’t get any bills there but I do get my mail at the residence.

If there is a written lease but you are not on it, you most likely do not have any legal obligations to the landlord--the roommates whose names are on the lease would be the ones obligated to the landlord. You may, however, have obligations to those roommates, based on any agreements among you, even if such agreements are oral (sometimes incorrectly called verbal).
