If you own the mobile home (trailer) that you are writing about and registered title to it is in your name, you can sell it to a willing buyer despite the fact that you may owe the landlord for unpaid rent for the lot that the mobile home sits on.
If you receive money for the sale, hopefully you make a payment to cure the amount owed the landord for the rental. Good luck.
