This is really not an easy yes or no question to give guidance on here, especially with out reading the divorce settlement and order. The fact that the utilities are in your name does not really matter. When you say you still "jointly" own the property what does that mean? Who was given exclusive use and occupancy inthe divorce? If she was I would be careful if I were you. Get legal help. Good luck.
