My stepfather has been raping me for the almost 7 years but I finally told my mom and she kicked him out. However, she is still letting him talk to the younger kids which our his. If I press charges will they come pick up my younger sisters/?

This is terrible. I am so sorry that you had to endure this. Please go to the appropriate authorities and please seek out counseling for yourself. You should absolutely press charges. That type of behavior is highly predatory and he will likely do it to someone else in the future.
It is unclear what the authorities would do given that he has been removed from the house. But you should get help.
